Phoebe was still upset about yesterday and therefore hadn't slept much. Thankfully, the boys were used to her being more and more restless and uncomfortable as the due date for the twins got closer.

She had finally gave up on sleeping, and had gone downstairs. After making some tea in hopes that it would calm her down and relax her, Phoebe drifted outside to her favorite spot on the front porch swing. In addition to her usual blanket and book, she also had a notebook for trying to come up with a stronger spell of protection to put on the house. She wasn't taking any chances after what that blonde woman had said to her.

She also had a few athames with her.

This was probably not one of Phoebe's better ideas. She meant well, and you know how that saying goes about hearts being in the right places? Yeah, that was what this one was, and why it was destined to be a disaster -- even if nobody was about to say that to Phoebe.

Piper had come over earlier to help with the cooking and the dining room table was beautifully set. Phoebe had caved to the boys' fussing and she had spent a great deal of time sitting in one of the chairs by the fireplace with her feet up.

Soon though, everything had been done and now they were just waiting for their dinner guests.

It hadn't occured to Phoebe that this cold go very badly. She really was trying to make things easier for her friend by being welcoming to her fiance -- even if she disagreed with the choice of fiance.

Phoebe always hated this part.

The saying goodbye to her children that came to her from different universes.

Pala tried to smile and hugged her mom. "It'll all be okay, mom," she said softly. "I ahve no doubt you see us again. Just right now, we have to go back to our own times and places. I'm glad I got to come, though."

Logan was stoic and brave as he looked at his parents. "It's not like I'm gonna be vanquished or anything, lighten up."

Thea and Peri were holding hands as they smiled at their parents.

"Silly Mommy and Daddies. We'll be back," they patted Phoebe's stomach to reassure them.

Phoebe had been asleep when the boys returned last night, and so had not told them about her sister, Prue.

Then today, all three of them had been busy doing various things in the house and Phoebe had retreated to the Attic to take care of some things and flip through a certain album she kept.

As the sun started to go down, she realized she had been up there all day and sighed, runnng a hand through her hair.

Phoebe was a stressed wreck. Cole and Anders kept trying to get her to sit and rest, but there was no way she could.

Piper was missing!

Paige and Savannah had come over last night and told her that Piper was missing. They had searched the house, the Coven and every other place they could think of to look, but there had been no sign of her sister.

"We have to figure out what happened," Phoebe told the group as she reached for the Book of Shadows. "We have to find --" As her hands closed around the book, Phoebe gasped, her body tensing.

Premonitions )

Phoebe came out of the premonition with a shocked cry.

sleepswthdemons: (Passed Out)
She wasn't sure what had woken up, but once she was awake, she was aware that something was very wrong.

She was looking at Seraphim and Valkyrie when she felt strong emotions coming at her through the spell bond.

She pulled herself up and turned on the bedside lamp. Cole was asleep next to her but... where was Anders? Why wasn't he in bed with them?

She looked at the cats.

"Where is he?" She whispered.

-Not here- Seraphim said after a moment.

-He left- Valkyrie added.

"Left?" Phoebe was starting to panic when she felt those emotions coming at her again. She shook Cole. "Cole. Anders is gone." She was trying to bite back the worry, but knew she wouldn't be able to hide it from him. "Cole, please wake up."

[[OOC: For the husband and boyfriend]]
sleepswthdemons: (Contemplation)
Phoebe was sitting on the bed of the larger of the three extra bedrooms in the house.

She also had a notebook with her that she was jotting notes down on.

She knew the boys were all excited about turning one of the bedrooms into a nursery and she had decided she wanted this one to be the nursery. It was a large room -- and it was right next to their bedroom. It also helped that the room was large enough to fit any amount of baby stuff in -- she knew her husband and boyfriend very well -- and so could the current bed. After all, there would probably be some nights that the baby wouldn't sleep and she'd to be with her without waking up the guys.

She had to admit that she was feeling a lot better about things now that the guys knew about the baby. It didn't stop her from worrying, but it had made her a little more relaxed.

Of course, the notebook might call into question her relaxation since she had started making notes on things that needed to happen weekly and monthly before the baby arrived.

In a very rare change of pace, Phoebe was out on the front porch of her home.

She was annoyed.

No, she was more than annoyed. She was flat out angry and getting angrier.

In one hand, was a cigarrette. In the other, a jar of dust that Ianto had dropped off with her. On her lap was a notebook of what she had managed to find from the dust.

Someone had messed with her friend and Phoebe had managed to pull heself out of her depression and fear to get pretty angry.

Now, she was waiting for Piper so she could tel her what she had found and see what she thought their next step should be.

There had been a great deal of preparation going on at 44 Blueberry Hill.

They had come up with things that they thought could save Phoebe and get id of Phillipa once and for all.

So, as it got dark, they all gathered in the living room to discuss final plans for what needed to be done.

sleepswthdemons: (Phoebe Protest Upset)
After her class, Phoebe had been brought right back home, where she made a promised phone call, and then went into the kitchen to make tea. She was still shook up over what had happened, and she hoped that her big brother would be able to calm the rage and the concern of Cole and Anders.

She still didn't understand why the attacker had tried to... seduce her instead of killing her, but Cole and Anders were angry about it beyond her ability to reason it out.

That would be why she was sitting on the couch in the library, with a blanket wrapped around her and an athame beneath the cushion next to her.

You just don't argue with the boys when they are angry and in fussing mode.

[[For the husband, boyfriend and sib. That Aziraphale visited is fine for broadcast. Topic of conversation, not so much.]]
sleepswthdemons: (Passed Out)
Phoebe had been very good and stayed inside and rested all day like she figured the guys would want her to. They hadn't been really happy with her being out so late last night and then coming home wet like she had. So, today she had stayed inside. She had read for awhile and then made lots of notes and lists for the shop. Having Lana offer her the money to make this happen had lifted a heavy stress off of her mind -- as had Lana's agreement to be a silent partner. She had wanted to make sure that her friend knew that she wanted her involved or she wanted her to let her pay her back any money she put into the store.

Phoebe was in a peaceful and content mood. Piper was close by, as were Marie and Lana. Piper was right next door and she and Piper could move between the two houses as they willed. Dean was a phone call away, and she knew that Jack was, as well, if she needed anything. She wasn't sure when she had began trusting him -- but she had. It was probably after she had killed him and he hadn't tried to hurt her after he came back to life. James and Aziraphale were close by -- and she was so very happy to be living near her big brothers again.

Best of all, she was in her own home with Cole and Anders. They had gotten Cole back and had not only saved him... but he still loved and wanted them... wanted her. It had been something she had been a little worried about since seeing the vision of what he had been made to believe she had done to him. However, the love and the bond they had always shared had clicked into place again... and here they were.

Every so often, she would stop what she was writing or reading to merely listen to the sounds of Cole and Anders moving around the house. She was aware of Anders going out later in the evening -- and that had her curious, but she could feel that Cole was still in the house with her. That made her smile -- and she had to fight the urge to call out to him and as him to come snuggle in the bed with her. It wasn't fair to be clingy at him, after all.

She lay back in the bed and picked up her book again.

sleepswthdemons: (Was Ready For Bed)
After hanging out in the park with Lana, Phoebe wandered back home, getting completely drenched as the rainstorm finally hit. She had no idea what time it was, but she hoped it wasn't too late and the guys hadn't worried too much.

She might be living in the land of wishful thinking, too.

She was worried that they might be sleeping, so she let herself into the house almost silently and headed for the stairs. She was cold and wet and she needed to get dry and warm.

She also needed not to sneeze like she felt like doing.

She should be able to get upstairs, get dried off and get warm without waking the guys... right?

[[OOC: For the guys that live with the stubborn witch.]]
sleepswthdemons: (Disagreement)
Phoebe had fallen asleep in one of the wing-back chairs in the library.

She hadn't meant to, but she had spent several hours pouring over building plans, maps, inventory lists and all kinds of other paperwork that had something to do with the idea she had. After a few hours, her head and eyes had hurt so much that she had closed her eyes... and the floor was covered with all of the plans she had been examining that had fallen to the floor from her lap and the chair.

Surprisingly, the ledger she had been writing notes in and the pen were still in her lap and in her hand.

[[OOC: For Cole and Anders]]
sleepswthdemons: (Smoking 2)
Phoebe had been sitting on the window seat, deep in thought for most of the day. She had the window open, and yes, she was smoking. She was watching the smoke float out the window as she tried to gather everything together in her mind.

Of course, anyone who knew her would have a good idea of what she was in thought about.

She could tell he was still a little hesitant with her and Anders when it came to anything more than a kiss or and hug here and there. She didn't want to push him for more because she knew he had been tortured and... and after how she and she and Anders were used to hurt him he may be afraid of letting them... her... too close. She also got the feeling that he was holding back and she didn't know exactly why.

However, she had an idea how she could find out.

The soul bond was still there between her and Cole -- even if it was weak and sometimes felt that it was torn. She could still get through to him... get him to feel what she was feeling for him. She knew that if she could get him to be alone with her and just talk -- or let her just sit with him -- she could find out the best way to help him see that he was wanted. That he was also wanted.

And, if she was going to come up with a spell to link all three of them... she needed some time alone with Cole and get him to trust her enough to let her feel his soul and work magic on him for this.

She needed to talk to Anders and tell him what she was planning to do.

If anyone could get Cole to see what she and Anders felt for him... she could.

That would be why she was waiting for Anders up here and smoking.

Phoebe had woken up earlier than usual -- and before the boys. She and Anders had taken to sleeping with Cole inbetween them so if he woke up in the middle of the night, he would know that they were there and that he wasn't alone. This morning, they were all curled closer together and she was taking that as a good sign that Cole was starting to feel more comfortable with them and physical contact.

"I could kill them all for hurting you," she murmured, careful not to wake him up. If she could figure out how to get to the Underworld, she really would have things to say -- and do -- to Vornac for everytime Cole had been hurt or touched. She kissed his hair gently before slipping out of the bed.

She got dressed and pulled her hair back from her face. She smiled at how even in his sleep, Anders was holding Cole protectively, before she left the master bedroom and headed up to the attic.

She selected one of her journals that she had been keeping for what seemed like forever and crossed the room to sit on the window seat.

This was one of her favorite spots in the house. The window seat gave her perfect view of the woods behind the house and the scene never failed to relax her.

She pulled her knees up to her chin and stared out the window, lost in thought.
sleepswthdemons: (Passed Out)
On Thursday morning, Phoebe opened her eyes and almost immediately wished she hadn't. With a soft whimper, she not only closed her eyes, she tried to smother herself with the blankets and pillows.

It had been inevitable that she would get a migraine soon. After all there had been so many things happening that had affected both her own emotions and her empathy: worry about saving Cole, Lana and Dean, Lana disappearing, house hunting, worry about Cole, not sleeping or eating right because she had been worried...

It all ended up mixing together to cause one hell of an empathy migraine... one that had her eyes filling with tears even now. She tried once more to get up, but the pain that shot through her head dictated that perhaps she should just try to lay there in one place without moving.

But she was thirsty... and she needed the painkillers for this -- or else she was going to spend an awful lot of time clutching her head and crying. Tea and some toast might help, too.

"Anders..." she whispered, hoping he was still in the bed or somewhere in the room. She was afraid to raise her voice because she was positive that if she did, her skull would split in two. "Anders..."

After briefly talking to Piper, Phoebe headed upstairs to her bedroom. Once she and Anders were both inside, she turned and fixed him with a look.

"What aren't you telling me?"
sleepswthdemons: (Teenage Phoebe One)
Phoebe opened her eyes Monday morning and made a frowny face.

"No classes today," she mumbled, pulling the covers over her head and snuggling closer to the warm body in her bed. "Make the light go away," she said, poking lightly at the nearest body part.

[[OOC: For the occupant who hasn't let her out of his sight...]]
sleepswthdemons: (Sad and Stubborn)
Phoebe had been on bed rest and under house arrest all day. Even though she had been worried about where Cole had gone last night, she didn't have the energy to argue with her concerned house mates and loved ones about her trying to leave the house.

That, and Aziraphale had said she needed rest -- and she had promised Anders that she wouldn't go anywhere alone right now.

That few weeks had been hell, and it had made her think a lot about happier times -- like when they were all in high school and didn't know what the world would do to them.

Cole. Anders. Lana. Marie. Piper. Her.

With the exception of Marie, high school had been so much better for them all than a lot of things the world had done to them afterwards. She couldn't express how glad she was that Marie had been able to get something she wanted -- a normal life without her powers. For the rest of them, though, things didn't seem to have ended happily for them.

Phoebe climbed out of bed when Anders went to get tea for her and went to her bookcase. She retrieved her yearbook from her senior year and then climbed back into bed.

She retrieved her yearbook from her senior year and then climbed back into bed. )

Phoebe sighed and flipped to the picture of her, Lana and Marie hanging out and laughing at Selkie Cove. They were so happy then. She ran her fingers over the couplet memory she had written by that picture of her to best friends.

High school days and high school friends
let us always remember when

She read it out loud, trying to remember when she wrote it. She ran her fingers over it again and closed the yearbook.

Sometimes high school was so much happier.

She put the yearbook in the nightstand next to her side of the bed.
sleepswthdemons: (Too Distressed)
Phoebe had been the world's biggest procrastinator about certain things.

Like, oh, telling Anders that Cole's ghost had paid her a visit and promised her that she would feel every bit of agony he had felt...

...and had grabbed her by the throat, accusing her of lying when she said she loved him.

Now that they had put two and two together and had figured out that her possessive stalker had beaten up Anders because of her, she figured that she really should tell him the truth about the "ghost" and everything he had said.

Cole's ghost hadn't done any physical damage, he had just scared the hell out of --- and devastated her when he believed that she had wanted him to be tortured and in pain. She never would have wanted him hurt and she couldn't believe that he didn't believe her when she told him she had gone to the Wastelands over and over again to find him.

Swallowing past her worry that Anders was going to be mad at her -- like he had every right to be -- Phoebe laid down on the bed next to him. She ran her finger gently over his hand.

"Anders, you awake?"

Sam opened his eyes and blinked at her... )
